    Selim Souissi is a partner in the Firm’s corporate and M&A practice. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing and refinancing, company takeovers and the structuring and implementation of management packages. He also has experience in private equity and on patrimonial issues.

     

    Experience
    Before joining VANDENBULKE, Selim worked for 14 years in a Luxembourg-based magic circle’s law firm as partner of the corporate and M&A department. He also worked as a jurist for an independent Luxembourg law firm and one of France’s leading business law firms.

     

    Education

    • Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Université des Hauts-de- France
    • Master’s Degree in Contract Law from the University of Savoie in France
