VANDENBULKE acted as legal advisor of a Japanese investment bank, in relation to the restructuring and the acquisition of an existing Luxembourg fund SICAV-SIF. We successfully assisted this Japanese purchaser in the negotiation of the fund and management company acquisition. We also provided the legal and regulatory support sought in relation to the launch of three new sub-funds with the aim of achieving the objective of a net asset value of EUR 100,000,000.
