COVID-19: HOLDING MEETINGS IN UNCERTAIN TIMES

 

Bill of law 7673 extending measures to facilitate the holding of meetings in companies and other legal entities until 31 December 2020

The measures taken by the Luxembourg government allowing the holding of meetings in companies and other legal entities without the need for physical attendance, even when not provided for in their articles of association, have been extended until 31 December 2020 by Bill of law 7673. These measures had been introduced by the Grand Ducal Regulation of 20 March 2020 and first extended until 30 September 2020 by the law of 20 June 2020.

Bill of law 7673 will enter into force on 1 October 2020 and repeal the law of 20 June 2020.
