Nicolas has a strong and highly regarded experience in financing transactions and will co-lead the VANDENBULKE Banking and Finance department. Over the last 17 years, our independent law firm has been consistently ranked as top-tier firm in our core banking and finance practice. Nicolas will support our growth and expand VANDENBULKE capacities in international lending transactions, fund finance and capital market.
Before joining VANDENBULKE, Nicolas worked for more than 16 years in international / magic circle’s law firms based in Luxembourg.
Nicolas specializes in real estate finance, leveraged finance and fund finance. His experience also includes cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based lending, corporate-led funding and security arrangements, restructuring and refinancing. He is a frequent counsellor on transactions involving cross-border and other complex, innovative elements. Nicolas regularly advises senior and mezzanine lenders, financial institutions or borrowers involved in such transactions.
