VANDENBULKE was selected again by a world-class international law firm to partner with them to assist the largest real estate investment managers in the world with nearly USD 20 billion of assets under management. We were asked to provide assistance in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of seven Polish logistics centers to be provided by Morgan Stanley.

VANDENBULKE’s role consisted in assisting the Property Group with the structuring of the financing transaction to ensure an optimized financing as well as the negotiation of a Luxembourg law aspects of the financing consisting in the usual global Luxembourg security package.

VANDENBULKE was further involved in helping the  Property Group to finance internally a portion of the re-financing by providing advanced tax and corporate re-structuring advise.
