VANDENBULKE provided assistance to a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate investment management platform, in relation to the financing from a UK Bank of properties located in Warrington and Leicester, allowing the Real Estate Group to bring over 700 new homes to market in these areas of the United Kingdom.

VANDENBULKE provided assistance to the Real Estate Group on all Luxembourg law aspects of the financing, including but not limited to (i) the review of the financing and security agreements governed by the laws of Luxembourg or the laws of England and Wales, and (ii) to the conditions precedent to be met by all Luxembourg entities of the  Real Estate Group for completion.
